Greg Baird Greg Baird, founder and director of Kids In Focus, has served in Children's Ministry for over 14 years including his current position as Children's Pastor at Jamul Community Church in San Diego.  His roles have included Children's Camp Director, midweek Bible Club Director, speaker, trainer and Children's Pastor at three Southern California churches including Skyline Wesleyan Church under the leadership of John Maxwell. Greg has high impact messages for elementary age kids. Greg "becomes" a Bible character to teach about character qualities we can learn from that individual. Keith Deltano Keith Deltano is a Christian Comedian you could say....that's really the best description we could come up with. You see, he does not fit a mold. Not to be confused with a typical stand up comedian, Keith has a style all his own. With pure energy, squirt guns, slapstick, audience participation, scripture, and side splitting humor, Keith's goal is to spread God's word and shed light on society's tough issues. So whether Keith is jumping around the audience like an ape, becoming a U.S. Army Sergeant having his "volunteer recruits" doing push ups, or squirting the audience with a squirt gun, Keith has an important message he is trying to get across. Keith Deltano has served and worked with youth as a military police officer, public school teacher, youth leader, private counselor, and Christian comedian and storyteller.
