Covenant Cedars is Hiring Summer Staff for 2012!

Thank you for your interest in serving at Covenant Cedars Bible Camp. Covenant Cedars Bible Camp is a place where people come to quiet down, hear God speak, and make life changing decisions. Our staff has the opportunity to help create an environment where people of all ages can experience this very thing. As you are considering applying to be a part of our staff during the summer of 2012, please make note of our training dates which are May 19th-27th and review the application process information below:

Step One: Prayer
Start the application process by praying for what God has for you this summer. Please involve your parents in this process. Pray for God's will for Covenant Cedars and for the team that will be assembled for the summer.

Step Two: Complete and Return Application
Fill out the application and return it to Covenant Cedars. Your application must be to Cedars by March 1st, 2012. Please fill application completely and thoroughly.

Step Three: Interview
A member of the Covenant Cedars staff will be emailing you to set up an interview. These interviews will be done by the phone or a series of questions by email. It is very important that you put your email address and phone number on your application.

Step Four: Hiring
Covenant Cedars will be in contact with you to: extend an offer for you to be on summer
staff, or to decline your application. This will be done by mail. It is our hope to have all
of our staff hired by April 1st. Please let us know by phone or e-mail if you take another
job or wish to withdraw your application. The process of interviewing and hiring will begin January 1, 2012.

This could include, but is not limited to; church youth leader, coach, student teacher, previous camp employment, dorm resident assistant, Scouts, Awana, etc.
Please include name of organization, position you served, dates of service, age of group served, supervisor, supervisor phone # and your basic responsibilities
This could include, First Aid, CPR, Lifeguard, or any other certification you may think would be helpful in a camp setting
Tell what your life was like before Christ, what happened when you received Christ, and how your life has changed.
Give a few examples of each.
Please be as specific a possible. What bible verses would you use and what would you say?
Please include what position you want to serve in and tell why?
We need a Reference from an employer, teacher, Pastor, and a christian worker; include their name, name of organization and their phone number.
Please list in order the positions that you would prefer to serve.
The positions that are open are; Core Counselor, Assistant Program Director, Facilities Crew Leader, Facilities Crew, Activities Crew Leader, Activities Crew, Game Person, Maintenance Crew, Video Tech, Worship Leader or willing to serve in any position
Please tells us the date you would be able to start and that date that you need to end work.
