Activities are typically done in 45 minute rotations and the cost is $3.00 per student per activity unless noted otherwise. The group as a whole is broken up into 2 to 8 smaller groups of 10-15 students. These groups will be together the entire day as they work through the schedule.
The waterfront provides a great place to just have fun while also learning basic waterfront safety through the experience of handling boats on the water. Lifejackets are required and adult supervision from your group is needed as well.
Climbing Wall
Each student will have the opportunity to scale the 42’ rock wall. There are four different sides with varying difficulty thus challenging all levels of climbers.
Zipline
Safely jump from a 42’ tower and enjoy a wild 100 yard ride. Not only fun, but a confidence boost and a great lesson in trust and faith.
Challenge Course
The challenge course provides a progressive series of team building activities that enable the students to develop trust in each other, problem solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate in difficult circumstances.
It is impossible to complete the challenge course in one setting, so many groups put it on the schedule twice to conquer it completely.
Nature Trail
As they explore a lake setting, students will watch and identify many plants, animals, and animal tracks as they hike. Students get physical exercise while they learn to appreciate hiking as an activity and the natural beauty that God created in the surrounding area.
Night Hike
Explore the lake setting under the stars and be amazed at the wonders of the night. Students will quietly walk around the lake, listening for night sounds and embracing a new world.
Fishing
Students will learn how to cast and reel, tie knots, use common lures and bait, and basic fish identification native to the state of Nebraska.
Campfire
Students will enjoy our campfire that overlooks the lake. Add to this experience by having s’mores! (Free activity, add $2 for S’mores)
