L E A D E R S H I P   I N   T R A I N I N G

The leadership in training program exists to give students a small taste of what being on summer staff is like while also furthering their walk with God. From working on all crews, joining our daily devotions, and going through different breakout sessions, our leaders in training not only become part of our team for two weeks but also experience an intentional discipleship program! If you don’t have a full summer to give and counseling isn’t for you, please consider joining our team and experience what God has in store for you this summer! To apply, here are a few things to know:

        1. Fill out the following application in full, including the short answer questions.

        2. You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your application.

        3. We will contact you within one week to set up an interview.

        4. Not all applicants will be accepted; however all applicants will be notified of their status.

P U R P O S E

The Leadership in Training program exists to provide a summer staff experience combined with an intentional discipleship program for two weeks. In return for the two weeks of service, we will cover the cost of senior high camp.
